During manual cell counting, the subjective evaluation of the definition of a cell introduces an error in the result. The NC-200™ automatic cell counter is designed to limit human interference in counting. With the Via1-Cassette™ all errors introduced during pipetting and staining are avoided.
The Via1-Cassette™ includes a built-in pipette and the immobilized fluorescent dyes acridine orange and DAPI automatically stain total and dead cell populations, respectively.
The NC-200™ automatic cell counter is designed to limit human interference in counting.
NucleoView™ software allows visual inspection of the fluorescence image and the opportunity to verify cell counts. In scatter plots, populations of specific events can be selected and visually examined to determine the validity of their inclusion or exclusion in the final cell count results. The adopted protocol can be saved for future measurements, thus increasing reproducibility.
Data produced with the NucleoCounter® NC-200™ can be tracked and saved within our NucleoView™ software. The optional 21 CFR Part 11 license includes GMP-ready features such as login with user group credentials that document actions in a secure audit trail format.
